Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

CHASM Advance Materials (CHASM) has created a new category of nanotube hybrid materials for safer automobiles, better batteries, greener concrete and abundant water. The Company recently closed its $15M Series C equity financing round, with WAVE Equity Partners as lead investor and Birla Carbon and SWM International as strategic investors.  The use of these funds is to accelerate growth of CHASM’s three business units: Printed Electronics, Advanced Carbons, Advanced Membranes.

The CFO will be an integral part of the senior leadership team reporting to the CEO.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced financial leader with a proven track record of supporting and driving rapid growth, preferably in the advanced materials industry.  This self-starter needs to be a credible financial leader of talented people with the self-confidence, integrity, intellect, work ethic, and perseverance that inspires confidence and trust.  Creative in approach, taking pride driving fiscal discipline with strong financial controls, while focused on results.  Having a boardroom presence, the CFO will possess the ability to articulate growth strategy, financial performance, and financial projections clearly and compellingly to CHASM management, Board members, shareholders, and potential investors.
