We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative in our Canton, MA headquarters and application development center.

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for cultivating new customer opportunities.  He/She will have prospecting and relationship building skills.  Your active listening skills will enable you to identify and uncover a prospect’s challenges and their initiatives, permitting you to ask great questions and qualify their needs swiftly. This self-starter will possess a strong work-ethic, be independent, have effective communication skills (written and verbal), and excellent follow up tactics.

The ideal candidate is a who enjoys prospecting, follows sales processes, has strong organization skills, and knows how to leverage a CRM to manage customer engagements to successful outcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-qualify inbound marketing leads to determine there is a potential business need for CHASM hybrid carbon nanotube solutions.
  • Leverage industry information, professional network and contact database systems identifying high-probability prospects to engage.
  • Identify and pre-qualify new sales leads through strategic account targeting, online research, proactive calling, emailing and messaging.
  • Develop and disseminate relevant market intelligence in the course of normal prospecting activities, leveraging online platforms including HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate outside authorized sales resources and internal applications development resources to ensure the organization meets its customer commitments.
  • Monitor and manage various pre-sales deliverables, such as product samples and sales literature, to help optimize qualified sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical competencies. You will need to be comfortable discussing technology and technological concepts
  • Drive to meet and exceed goals, objectives, and sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with confident tonality
  • Outstanding listening skills
  • Strong self-motivation coupled with the key critical ISR characteristics: intelligent, passion, proactive, and competitiveness
  • Ability to articulate value, handle objections and quickly develop positive relationships with individuals from varied experience levels and backgrounds
  • Effective time management capabilities
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Interest in learning and getting better
  • Bachelor’s degree – technical discipline a plus.
