Specifically, if you provide your phone number, you agree to be contacted by phone call or text message (SMS communications) from us.  We use this information to send you text notifications (regarding  product orders), for marketing, to respond to your inquiries regarding our products and services, and regarding other transactional matters.  Standard text message and data rates will apply.  Before we contact you using your phone number, we will send to you an “opt in consent” that you will need to affirmatively agree to.  The opt in consent will be substantially in the form as follow:  OPT IN CONSENT: By submitting your phone number, you are authorizing us to send you text messages and notifications. Message/data rates apply. Reply STOP to Unsubscribe to a message sent from us.

Additionally, no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent for SMS communications will not be shared with any third-parties except to our messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our SMS communications program.

Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data is collected automatically and may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), operating system, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers such as your  mobile device’s manufacturer and model, and other diagnostic data.
