Ina leads brand and marketing for the company, and comes to the role with a proven track record of delivering and managing sales growth results in global markets.  Ina has more than 20 years of industrial experience, successfully selling and marketing specialty materials and high-tech products for the telecommunications, consumer electronics, transportation and chemicals industries at leading companies in their spaces, including FRX Polymers, Chemtura CorpLanxess, Eastman Chemical, ROGERS Corp, SONY and Acer Softech. She earned an MBA from the University of Illinois, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a BA in International Finance from Shanghai International Studies University. Ina speaks both English and Mandarin. 

With more than 30 years of industrial experience including the inception and growth of printed electronics, Dan brings to the company expertise as a developer and manufacturer of user interface systems, wearable devices and flexible printed circuit assemblies. His diverse capabilities range from product development and management to engineering and supply chain management. Dan has previously held a variety of roles across numerous industries including Design Engineer, Director of Engineering and Vice President of Operations. Dan currently serves as CHASM’s Vice President of Printed Electronics and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Hari leads the Advanced Carbon and Advanced Membranes business units, and is responsible developing business strategies for the company’s emerging innovations of their Nanotube Hybrid platform. With more than 30 years of senior techno-commercial leadership globally, including, CEO of QM Power, an Electric Motor startup in Kansas City, Missouri, VP- Innovation, Sustainability and Technology for Ingersoll Rand/TRANE in Charlotte, North Carolina and President & CTO for USHA a leading consumer brand in India. Hari brings leadership experienced gained in multiple domains including Mechanical and Electrical Systems, Computational mechanics, Material Science, Smart Controls and Power electronics, Energy efficiency and Sustainability, Engineering software, Remote Monitoring and Analytics. Hari holds an MS & PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science – Bangalore, India.

Dr. Alan Medville specializes in the design, development, implementation, and support of high performing and high commitment organizations. As a psychologist, organizational consultant and executive coach, Alan’s work over the past 33 years has focused on fostering organizational health, effectiveness, and renewal. He has worked closely with all levels of personnel in a wide range of private and public sector organizations including Johnson and Johnson, Allstate Insurance, National Broadcasting Corporation, BP, Goodyear, Zelis and Standard Chartered Bank. He has been a lecturer and guest lecturer on Organizational Theory at Harvard University and the College of Business Administration at Northeastern University, and an instructor on Leadership at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University. Dr. Medville holds a Doctorate in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and a Masters Degree in Education from Bank Street College.

Mr. Arthur has more than 35 years of experience in executive leadership roles, including work at Rogers Corp, A.T. Cross, TPI Composites, Helix Technology Corp, and Eikos Inc. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University, MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Northeastern University. He was recognized by NanoBusiness Alliance as one of the top ten most influential people in the field of Nanotechnology and is an inventor with more than 30 patents. In 2005, David co-founded Chasm Technologies, a consulting firm that helps its clients commercialize new products through smart application of materials science and process technology. From 2006 to 2015, he was CEO of SouthWest NanoTechnologies (SWeNT), a leading producer of carbon nanotube materials for electronics and composites applications.

Mr. Praino has more than 40 years of experience commercializing products and developing advanced manufacturing processes, including work at Stone & Webster, Polaroid, Presstek, Vitex Systems, and Precision Lithograining. He has a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from WPI and an MBA from Boston University. In 2005, Bob co-founded Chasm Technologies, a consulting firm that helped its clients commercialize new products through the smart application of materials science and process technology. He is a world expert in the field of roll-to-roll manufacturing, including atmospheric and vacuum thin-film coating, web handling, product system design, fluid interfacial science, and drying processes. In 2015, Bob co-founded Chasm Advanced Materials, with a mission to develop & manufacture Nanotube Hybrids, creating new product categories that enable penetration into large existing markets for advanced materials in the printed electronics & energy storage industries.

Dr. Ricardo Prada Silvy has more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership and technical managing positions including SWeNT, Nanocyl, Procter & Gamble, and Petróleos of Venezuela. Ricardo is also affiliate lecturer at the University of Oklahoma. He is a world recognized  expert in catalyst development, synthesis and scale-up of advanced materials for different refining, petrochemical, and carbon nanomaterials production processes. He is a serial inventor with more than 30 International patents resulting in more than 20 commercial products and has published more than 115 scientific articles in prestigious scientific journals. He holds a BS in Chemistry - Chemical Engineering from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV),  MSc and PhD in Catalysis and Material Science from the University Catholic of Louvain (Belgium).

David has worked in the manufacturing, retail, wholesale and SaaS industries during his career.
