Transparent Conductive Films

For the past four decades, Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) has been the dominant material used for transparent conductive film (TCF) applications. There is an unmet market need for ITO Alternatives that offer lower materials and patterning costs, greater flexibility (even thermoformability), better optoelectronic performance and no limiting supply constraints like exists with Indium. To help address this need, CHASM has developed a range of TCF products based on CNTs and also CNT / Silver Nanowire Hybrids.

Hybrid Transparent Conductive Films

Our AgeNT transparent conductive film system is a hybrid technology, combining silver nanowires with CHASM’s screen printable carbon nanotube ink technology (V2V™) to exploit the merits of each. Our “print and wipe” technology makes AgeNT patterned films highly cost-effective when compared to laser ablation or photolithographic patterning methods.

Transparent conductive Hybrid film samples are available on a variety of substrates, including PET and polycarbonate, and customizable to a broad range of transparency and sheet resistance levels.

CNT-Based Transparent Conductive Films

Our Signis family of CNT products includes transparent conductive inks from our highly-conductive SW CNTs. These inks are specially formulated for spraying (AC100), Meyer rod or slot die coating (AC200), and screen printing (VC101).

Transparent conductive CNT film samples are available on a variety of substrates, including PET and polycarbonate, and customizable to a broad range of transparency and sheet resistance levels.
