CHASM's own Hari Harikumar, VP and GM of Advanced Carbon & Membranes, recently led a World Cement Association (WCA) workshop — “Next-Gen Low-Carbon (Low-Cost) Cement” — on the role of chemistry in creating the cement and concrete product portfolio of the future.
With the pioneering use of carbon nanotubes (CNTs), CHASM has created NTeC-C™, a nanotube hybrid material that reduces concrete’s carbon footprint by potentially more than 50%. All it takes is a tiny addition of NTeC-C to concrete materials to set the revolutionary modification in motion.
